If you’re driving, location flexibility increases significantly. Business Bay, DIFC, and Downtown Dubai are central to most corporate areas. Dubai Marina is good if you prefer beachside with easy highway access. I stayed in Business Bay during my work trip and it was perfect – 15 minutes to most meeting locations, easy parking at the apartment, and close to Sheikh Zayed Road for Abu Dhabi trips. Having a rental car from Octane Rent made location less critical since driving around Dubai is straightforward. Avoid staying in Deira or Bur Dubai if you’ll be working in new Dubai – traffic crossing the creek is heavy.
